As I’ve mentioned in one of my post earlier, this Giveaway is actually as a token of appreciation for readers who have been following our miraculous journey of life .. On top of that, I also feel that parents can share their knowledge on stimulation activities for children through this Giveaway..

So, here we are!!

Rules and Giveaway Details:
1) Giveaway is open to all moms/dads/legal guardians having kids aged 0-3 years old.
2) Giveaway is open to Kerna Kasih Kita blog’s followers. Be one if you want to join this GA.

3) Giveaway is open to only Malaysian residents (non-Malaysian residents can join this giveaway but need to provide Malaysia address - for prize delivery).
4) Entry can be written in Bahasa Malaysia or English only
5) Giveaway will start from today and continue till 30th August 2010. Judging will be done starting from 31st August 2010 and winners will be announced on 4th September 2010 and the prizes will be delivered after hari raya.
6) We will select the winner by looking at the creativity and of course, the photo.

Cutest baby Photo Contest anjuran MBP memang mendapat sambutan di kalangan Bloggermommies. Untuk pertandingan bulanan yang mempunyai tema berlainan, sememangnya mendapat sambutan yang baik dari segi penyertaan.

Untuk Cutest baby photo contest pada bulan November, Rayyan Ariff mendapat tempat saguhati daripada 80 penyertaan. Dan untuk melayakkan diri ke pertandingan akhir, Rayyan Ariff merupakan antara 6 babies yang terpilih daripada lebih 180 penyertaan untuk turut sama bertanding dengan 14 lagi babies yang merupakan pemenang bulanan.

Harus sakit kepala Kak Ros nk pilih.. Babies kan memang naturally cute and cuddly! So mmg susahlah nak decide kan? Diorang ni, pakai pampers jer sambil dok guling2 atas tilam and tunjuk paha yang berlapis2 pun dah nampak cute giler.. Ini kan plak kalo dah posing comel2 kan?? Lain la kalo kita yg tua bangka neh buat.. Mahu mencicit org yg tengok tu larikk.. *merujuk kepada diri sendiri* muahahhaha.. ~@semenjak berat tak terkawal neh, inferiority complex pun dtg ler@~

Susah sebenarnya mahu mendapatkan nice shot Rayyan Ariff semenjak dia makin membesar.. Gambar for sure akan jadik blurry.. Tambahan pula, digicam mama dah mula buat perangai.. Lagipun, Rayyan Ariff masih tidak faham erti photoshoot atau seangkatan dengannya.. Yang ada, hanyalah gambar candid.. Kalau pun dia memandang kamera, hanya kerana tertarik dengan cahaya yang dikeluarkan.. *Okeh, saya tunggu dengan sabar bila budak neh nk pandai posing.. Mama didik kamu jadik model yea nak.. :P*

Actually, saya sangat2 tertarik dengan hadiah di tempat ketiga.. Sebab ada buku.. Lately, Rayyan Ariff memang sukakan buku .. Terpaksalah mama beli sendiri.. Tambah koleksi buku Rayyan ARiff.. =)

Owh yea, sewaktu di MBP gath tempoh hari, anak bujang saya telah digomol oleh si Anis Manis.. Dicium bertalu-talu sambil tangan Anis dok cucuk hidung Rayyan Ariff coz Anis nak tunjuk nose. Super cute ok!! Rayyan? Muka cuak & rimas.. Muahahhaha.. Padan muka.. Kalo org tido, brani la dia lanyak.. Kalo kena lanyak, for sure tak terlawan ini budak manja.. :P

Owh yea, malam tadi ke BB dengan En.Hubby.. Ada hal.. Since saya berat nak bwk badan gumuk n jalan terkedek-kedek, agak ketinggalanlah dari En.Hubby.. Tiba-tiba dia pusing dan pimpin tangan saya kuat-kuat.. Jalan beriringan berpegangan tangan..

Owh, feeling sgt syiok okeh.. Kalo tak, sorang tolak stroller.. Sorang pegang barang.. Muahahha..

Terasa dalam hati ada taman.. Dalam taman penuh bunga.. :P

Masa tu dalam hati dok berkata-kata, Eliss, mokcik tak dpt makan nasik lemak ayam pun takpe.. Sengih dah lebar sampai senget tudung2 dah neh.. :P

• Berada bersama Rayyan Ariff setiap hari adalah sesuatu yang melengkapkan hidup saya sebagai seorang ibu. Dengan mata yang bergenang, saya mengusap-usap lembut seluruh tubuh Rayyan Ariff. sambil mulut saya tidak jemu berselawat dan berzikir. Dengan segala tenaga yang ada, Rayyan Ariff membuka matanya dan memandang ke arah saya untuk beberapa saat dengan jari yang cuba digerakkan.. Setelah itu, dia kembali ke dalam lenanya yang dalam. Saat itu merupakan saat yang akan tersimpan kemas di dalam kotak ingatan saya selamanya. Pandangan anak kecil itu bagaikan memberikan semangat  dan kekuatan kepada seorang ibu. Pandangan yang mengatakan dia baik-baik sahaja. Pandangan yang mengatakan dia tidak akan berhenti berjuang selagi mendapat keizinanNya. Pandangan yang cukup menenangkan dan mengundang syahdu di hati seorang ibu. Kisah lanjut dan gambar mengenai detik ini pernah saya abadikan di dalam entri "Cinta terindah"

Owh, baru hari ini saya 'mempromosi' MBP kepada seorang teman yang baru bergelar ibu. =P

Write about the NATURE in the picture.

These photos was taken when we were in Langkawi. To be exact, at Chenang Beach. Rayyan Ariff's body tone is much on the lower side, or they called it hypotonia. I guess most of us have heard that sands can actually help to strengthen our body muscle.
.
Having to hear that a paralyzed man was able to walk after being buried in the sand for at least 2 hours per day, I really want to do that to Rayyan. So we took the opportunity to do it.. But of course, we cant see the different because it's just a one time thingy for him.. So we really dont know whether the stories that have been told to us are true or not!! :P
.
Besides, sands are also good to stimulate your baby's sensory system.. Introducing different texture is one of the thing that we have been doing to stimulate Rayyan.. =)
.

Write your short opinion the goodness of bringing baby out to enjoy outdoor activities.
- The most simple thing that one can think of when it comes to NATURE is 'Green'. Green scenery is good for our eyes and our baby's eyes right? =P
- NATURE can also help babies to improve their attention span and learning ability. When they develop the sense of wonder, they will explore more to feed their curiousity. This is a natural way of learning.
- Bringing out our babies for outdoor activities also help them to appreciate the NATURE better.
- Besides, NATURE provides our children with fresh air which is good for physical and mental development. =)

My strong lil' boy..

Bila bercakap tentang 'kuat', memang diakui bahawa Rayyan Ariff adalah anak yang kuat. Berjuang berhabis-habisan demi sebuah kehidupan walaupun usianya masih setahun jagung. Perjuangan yang bermula sedari hari pertama dia terbentuk dan membesar di dalam rahim mama, sehingga kini setelah 17 bulan usianya, dan pastinya perjuangan itu akan berterusan..
.

Namun bukan kekuatan itu yang saya maksudkan, yang ingin saya perkatakan kali ini ialah kekuatan fizikal Rayyan Ariff. Hal ini diakui oleh doktor2 yang pernah memberi suntikan kepadanya ketika ingin memasukkan drip. 'Daya' yang ditunjukkan cukup mengejutkan bagi anak hypotonia* sepertinya.

.

Kerana sifat ingin tahu yang tinggi, setiap kali Rayyan Ariff di atas dukungan kami, tangannya akan meliar menyentuh apa sahaja yang berdekatan dengannya. Contohnya, apabila kami berdiri di sebelah almari, tangannya ligat menarik pintu almari.. Begitu juga dengan peti ais, berulang kali tangannya membuka dan menutup pintu peti ais yang agak berat untuk dibuka..

.

Yang paling mengejutkan, sewaktu Rayyan Ariff menarik stand fan yang ada di ruang tamu.. Sehingga terbalik dibuatnya.. Cukup memeranjat apabila melihat kudratnya.. Bagaikan tidak percaya anak hypotonia ini memiliki kekuatan yang sedemikian.
.

Rayyan yang sibuk bermain.. Mainan inipun menjadi mangsa sifat agresif Ian.. Ditolak, ditarik dan dilempar sesuka hati.. :P

Rayyan Ariff juga semakin agresif. Apabila diletakkan berhampiran dengan rak mainannya, habis satu persatu barang permainannya diambil dan dibaling sekuat hati. Saya tidak tahu sama ada ini adalah satu bentuk protes yang ingin dia tunjukkan ataupun fitrah semulajadi sifat seorang kanak-kanak.. Habis bersepah mainan yang tersusun dibiliknya..
.
Kalau dulu, dengan sopannya, Rayyan Ariff hanya menyentuh mainan yang diberikan kepadanya.. Dan tidak sesekali menyentuh mainan lain yang tersusun.. Dibaling jauh sekali..

Kalau dulu, baik jer main pusing2 all the rolling toys, sekarang kejap jer pusing.. Pastu sibuk nak menjahanamkan benda alah tu.. :P

Harapnya, ini adalah perkembangan biasa seorang kanak-kanak.. Sewaktu di musikhaus, saya diberitahu agar cuba untuk 'membentuk' Rayyan Ariff dengan mengajarnya bahawa perbuatan membaling itu adalah sesuatu yang salah. Sudah saya cuba berkali-kali, namun masih tidak berkesan terhadapnya. Harap2 sekejap waktu nanti, dia akan mendengar 'larangan membaling barang' ini..

I'm not just strong, I'm also a cheeky boy! :P

Semakin hari, semakin panjang akalnya.. Kalau dimarah, mulalah dikelip2kan mata tanda memujuk.. Paling tidak, digosok-gosok tangan kita sambil ketawa kecil.. Sudahnya, marah kami tidak ke mana.. Anak oh anak.. :P

P/s - Hubby bertanya kenapa blog di private.. Hehehe.. Dia semakin rajin mengikuti Kerna Kasih Kita semenjak Kerna Kasih Collection diperkenalkan.. Itu pun setelah teman-teman sepejabatnya memberi sedikit 'ulasan' tentang entri-entri di sini.. :P

Masih berkira-kira sama ada mahu membuka Kerna Kasih Kita kembali atau tidak.. Keadaan sudah semakin reda.. 'Lalat' sudah berhenti bersuara, namun saya pula sudah rasa selesa di dalam keadaan ini.. =)

Tapi satu yang ruginya, tidak dapat menyertai mana2 contest.. Ada rasa ralat juga.. :P

In the first 2 photos, Rayyan is playing with his Mr. Bebo.. Different texture on the toy helps to improve child's sensory system. The mirror attached to Mr Bebo's hand is good for self recognition. Mr. Bebo has been with Rayyan for quite some times but he never gets enough of it. =)

In the last 2 photos, Rayyan is sitting in his Jumperoo. Rayyan really loves all the toys attached to the jumperoo. With a spinning seat, Rayyan is using his feet (something that is sooo hard to make him do) to explore the toys. The bright colors on the toys also stimulate child's visual and auditory senses.

I think almost every parent agree that toys are important for children development, let alone, a child with special needs like Rayyan. The features of the toys itself can attract children and make them love to explore it. Most of the educational toys were designed in accordance to children development stages such as the experience, discovery and expanding imagination stages. Rayyan first showed his interest in toys when he was 5 months old or at the corrected age of 3 months old.

Seeing Rayyan explored every inches of his play gym and rattles really excite us. When Rayyan managed to figure out how to play with any one of his toys, he'll continue to explore more and becomes more excited when we introduced new toys to him. Looking at how his brain working nicely when he's playing with them, we really 'invested' in toys, especially educational toys. Hopefully, the toys that we bought for Rayyan will continue to help him to stimulate his brain. =)

The sentence that welcomed parents to join the contest is - As a mom, you should be very proud of your little angel. As a mommy who's really proud of her bundle of joy, I've decided to join this contest. I don't mind if Ian doesn't win this title, because in my heart, he'll always be my cute little boy (with a funny shaped head.. :P).

In my case, it's not about winning, but I guess it's all about accepting him just the way he is. Biar pun ramai yang menegur bentuk kepalanya dan memberikan pandangan aneh.. Mind you, he spent most of his time lying on his back which makes the head went flat. Blame the mommy for not putting him on his tummy!! But now, he moves a lot.. =)

And this little miracle, he has been a cute baby since day one of his life.. :P

At first, he looks like a cute baby alien which I don't have any photo to share (blame it on the hard disk!).

Then, after his first operation, he looks like a very cute baby ultraman.

Tgk kepala Ian yang tak center.. Bone yang berada di tengah2 tu make him looks like an ultraman. I have a photo where he was swaddled in red blanket that is showing his ultraman-shaped-head more obvious, tapi kesian plak nak post kat sini.. :P

Later, he turned again. And this time, into a cute chocolate colored baby. Amazing right? In a year of life, this little miracle had appeared in so many cute ways! :P

That's why he deserves to win!! :P
